I am a very lucky person and I have a wonderful life! I grew up in beautiful Zimbabwe where my parents taught me a lot about home cooking and fresh food, everything was made from scratch and almost everything was grown in the back garden! Now I live in Perth, Western Australia with my gorgeous husband who is my number one fan. When I am not cooking, I am the very proud Fundraising Manager for The Smith Family - a wonderful organisation who is helping Disadvantaged Australian children.
