VEGAN BREAKFAST FRY UP
Sweet potatoes (cooked), red pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, coriander...fry in a little olive oil....yum, breakfast is ready.

  1. Sue, these recipes are marvellous. I'm not a vegetarian but I love that they are so appealing yet simple. I share your love of fresh produce - like the enormous mushrooms! I sell herbs & spices at the Kalamunda Farmers Market, really enjoy the atmosphere and always go home with a bagful of yummy food! What did you end up doing with the mushrooms? They would have been a eal in themselves.

  2. That is fantastic Tracey, I love your website too and I look forward to meeting you at the Kalamanda Markets one day! I ended up making pickled mushrooms,which was delish - I forgot to photograph the outcome though!
